So starts my journey from flab to fab! And this time, I'm determined to be healthy about it so I am never in this spot again. Been in "recovery" (if one ever really can be) from an eating disorder for the past 7 years (on and off...some years I was better at being "recovered" than others).. I'm finally ready to stop all the restricting and subsequent binging and just be strong healthy thin and confident!
